An Eventful Winter

As the air cools and the trees have released their last leaves, winter is here. Winter can be a hassle with all the snow, the cold, winter chores, and the holiday hustle. If you can’t make it to any of these events there are plenty of fun things to do at home. There are many things you can make from things around your house. Ornaments can be made of many things such as popsicle or craft sticks, cotton balls, construction paper, and pipe cleaners. A few things you can make are snowmen, reindeer, Santa, snowflakes, and mittens. Just be creative! You and your loved ones with have fun making these. You could even give them to others as gifts.

Winter is also a great time to donate to others, many stores have donation boxes, and around town, our school also has a food and toy drive. Toys, food, and clothing are all great things to donate to these foundations.

Winter doesn’t have to be such a bad season, there is so much to do! Go out there and have fun this season!
